  • Women with a history of usual risk pregnancy; older than 18 years; literate; oriented; at most 24 hours postpartum; complaining of perineal pain after vaginal birth; absence of genitourinary pathology

排除标准

  • Puerperal infection, hemorrhoids or varicose veins in the vulvar region.
