Inclusion Criteria
Women with a history of usual risk pregnancy; older than 18 years; literate; oriented; at most 24 hours postpartum; complaining of perineal pain after vaginal birth; absence of genitourinary pathology
Exclusion Criteria
Puerperal infection, hemorrhoids or varicose veins in the vulvar region.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Expected outcome 1: perineal pain, measured by the 11-point compartmentalized numerical scale at the beginning of the study and at the end of the study, considering 3 points as cut to determine significant improvement.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Expected outcome 1: sexual function assessed by the Brazilian version of the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) at the end of the study;Expected outcome 2: satisfaction with treatment, assessed by an opinion questionnaire containing 3 questions at the end of the study
