1)Age at least 18 years old
2)can communicated in Thai
3)Inform to participate
4)high risk for being acute coronary syndrome: including these following
4.1 Age more than 45 years old with previous diagnosed with ischemic stroke, transient ischemic attack or peripheral arterial disease
4.2 Having cardiovascular risk factors at least 3 in the following: age more than 55 years old in male or more than 65 years old in female, diabetes mellitus or impaired fasting glucose, hypertension, dyslipidemia, chronic kidney disease, current smoking, having family history with premature ASCVD
1) Being diagnosed with coronary artery disease
2) Being health care provider
3) Can not come for follow up at next 6 months
