Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 first episode stroke
- •2 stroke patients who has onset between 1 week to 6 months
- •3 Unilateral weakness
- •4 Age 18\-80 years
- •5 Follow two steps command and assessed by Montreal Cognitive Assessment more than 17
- •6 Moderate level of FMA\-UE (FMA\-UE 19\-47\)
- •7 Accept consent form
Exclusion Criteria
- •1Medical unstable and progressive neurogenic condition
- •2Neurogenic disease
- •3Contraindication in TENS such as on pace maker, dermatitis, skin infection at TENS stimulation site
- •4History of using TENS
- •5Poor family support
- •6Severe Unilateral Neglect Syndrome
- •7Severe spastic
- •8Moderate to severe sensation impairment
- •9Communication problem
- •10Severe shoulder pain
