入选标准
- •Patients with chief complaint of kashtartava
- •negative HIV, VDRL, HBsAG
- •both married and unmarried
- •patient using any type of analgesic during menses
- •patients suffering with kashtartava for more than 2 consecutive cycles
排除标准
- •patients suffering from secondary dysmenorrhea
- •patient having organic pathology of uterus
- •patient suffering from systemic disease
- •patient with abnormal values in LFT, RFT and RBC who need emrgency care
- •patient having dysfunctional uterine bleeding
- •patient using OCP/IUCD
- •patient with history of thyroid dysfunction
