- •Individuals who are physically healthy and free from any acute illness Both males and females participants who are willing to take part in study Participants who scores less than or equal to 14 in PSS scale are included in the study.
排除标准
- •Participants with hearing impairments or speech difficulties that interfere with communication or meditation instructions Participants who consume alcohol or substances that may alter cognitive function during study period Participants who score more than or equal to 14 in PSS scale are excluded in the study.
