Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with acute stroke who admitted in neurology department.
- •2\. Age above 18 years will be included
- •3\. Both Males and Females will be included
- •4\. Patients with mRS score 1\-4 will be included
- •5\. Patients with NIHSS score 2\-20 will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects with Unconsciousness and Cognitive difficulty will be excluded
- •2\. Patients with Cooperation difficulty will be excluded
- •3\. Patients who lack internet and a smartphone will be excluded
