- •1. Patients with acute stroke who admitted in neurology department.
- •2. Age above 18 years will be included
- •3. Both Males and Females will be included
- •4. Patients with mRS score 1-4 will be included
- •5. Patients with NIHSS score 2-20 will be included
排除标准
- •1. Subjects with Unconsciousness and Cognitive difficulty will be excluded
- •2. Patients with Cooperation difficulty will be excluded
- •3. Patients who lack internet and a smartphone will be excluded
