- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Determination and comparison of pre- and postoperative regional homogeneity of pulmonary ventilation after intraoperative apnea/CPAP/lowVT ventilation using common EIT parameters (GI index, RVD index, ITV index).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Differences between spontaneous and mechanical ventilation
Existing age differences (global ventilation)
Different zones of ventilation (ventral/dorsal)
Relationship between postoperative ventilation distribution and gas exchange parameters (PaO2, PaCO2, volumetric capnometry)
Influence of intraoperative ventilation strategy on pulmonary epithelial damage (SP-B/D, RAGE) and inflammatory activation (IL-6, IL-8)
