Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Determination and comparison of pre- and postoperative regional homogeneity of pulmonary ventilation after intraoperative apnea/CPAP/lowVT ventilation using common EIT parameters (GI index, RVD index, ITV index).
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Differences between spontaneous and mechanical ventilation
Existing age differences (global ventilation)
Different zones of ventilation (ventral/dorsal)
Relationship between postoperative ventilation distribution and gas exchange parameters (PaO2, PaCO2, volumetric capnometry)
Influence of intraoperative ventilation strategy on pulmonary epithelial damage (SP-B/D, RAGE) and inflammatory activation (IL-6, IL-8)
