All patients undergoing a coronary artery bypass graft surgery who are spending the first 24 hours following the extubation of the tracheal tube
having complete consciousness
Age of 30 to 75 years old
Elective coronary artery bypass graft surgery
Familiarity with Persian language and the ability to answer questions
Hospitalization for at least 48 hours in intensive care unit
Experience of emergent coronary artery bypass graft surgery
Hearing and speech problems
Opiate and pain killers sensitivity
Get tranquil or analgesic drugs, opiate and alcohol continuously
Presence of underlying diseases (pulmonary disease, cancer, hepatitis, etc.)
Inability to speak Persian and answer questions
Use of coronary artery balloon pump during surgery
Patients with permanent Pace maker
Patients with electrolyte disturbances
Patients with arthropathy and motor problems
