入选标准
- •oBoth genders.
- •oAdult over 18 years.
- •oDiagnosis of painful heel syndrome by clinical examination, with the following positive clinical signs:
- •1. Pain in the morning or after sitting a long time.
- •2. Local pain where the fascia attaches to the heel.
- •3. Increasing pain with extended walking or standing for more than 15 minutes.
- •oHistory of 1 month of unsuccessful conservative medical treatment (NSAIDs or others not including ESWT or LLLT).
- •oAble to understand the informed consent.
排除标准
- •oNeurological heel pain resulting from nerve entrapment.
- •oArthritis of the foot.
- •oTraumatic heel pain.
- •oSensory neuropathy.
- •oPeripheral vascular disease.
- •oAutoimmune disease.
- •oPregnancy.
- •oLocal malignancy.
- •oBleeding Dyscrasias.
- •oCellulites, skin ulceration at area of therapy application.
- •oInability to fulfill follow-up criteria.
