Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Thirty American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status II patients between age group18\-65 years and posted for breast cancer surgeries for breast cancer surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

•Patients not consenting for epidural anaesthesia, anticoagulant drugs, psychiatric illness, allergy to local anaesthetic and local infection were excluded from the study.
