Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria were age older than 18 and no dysphagia symptom.
Exclusion Criteria
The exclusion criteria were a history of nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma esophageal surgery, esophageal stricture or obstruction, esophageal varices, known cases of esophageal cancer, uncorrectable coagulopathy and thrombocytopenia, pregnancy, thyrotoxicosis, creatinine clearance less than 30 mL/min, and a history of allergy to iodine and fluorescein.
