Primary Outcome Measures

Name	Time	Method
The retrospective data analysis includes data from 2011 up to and including 2016. Subsequently, questionnaires were sent to the patient collective, which were followed up with telephone queries in case of no response. The data collection was completed on 28.05.2018.
