Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.ASA physical status I and II.
- •2\.Age between 18 â??50 years.
- •3\.The patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.
- •4\.Informed written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal.
- •2\.ASA group 3 and 4, Emergencies
- •3\.Pregnany
- •4\.Patients with cardiovascular diseases, severe copd, chest wall deformities.
- •5\.History of any neck, great vessel or chest wall surgery.
- •6\.Cases converted to open laparotomy
- •7\.Patients with any significant systemic illness
