Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.ASA physical status I and II.
  • •2\.Age between 18 â??50 years.
  • •3\.The patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.
  • •4\.Informed written consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient refusal.
  • •2\.ASA group 3 and 4, Emergencies
  • •3\.Pregnany
  • •4\.Patients with cardiovascular diseases, severe copd, chest wall deformities.
  • •5\.History of any neck, great vessel or chest wall surgery.
  • •6\.Cases converted to open laparotomy
  • •7\.Patients with any significant systemic illness
