1. Patients aged between 41-60 years with the clinical features of postmenopausal syndrome.
2. Patients attained menopause i.e amenorrhea for last 12 consecutive months.
3. Modified Kupperman menopause index score >=15.
1.Patients with bleeding per vagina in the postmenopausal period.
2.Patients with surgical menopause/premature menopause.
3.Patients with any severe systemic diseases.
4.Patients suffering from malignancy.
5.Patients with prolonged medication like corticosteroids, antidepressants, H.R.T. or any other drug that may influence the outcome of study.
6.Patients who have been vaccinated for COVID-19 with in three months.
