- •No history of gestational diabetes mellitus
- •Not consumption of vitamin and mineral supplements during the last 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Preterm delivery
- •Preeclampsia
- •The need for insulin or oral medication for lowering blood sugar during the intervention
