Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Gender: Both
- •Age: 25\-55 years old
- •Patient with symptoms of headache, shoulder pain, upper trapezius pain which meet the Simon’s edited inclusion criteria
Exclusion Criteria
- •Have been treated with/during the treatment course of upper trapezius TrP
- •Have other causes of neck pain: disorder of cervical spine and shoulder, cervical nerve root irritation, severe rheumatic disease
- •Contraindication to RSWT
- •Steroid injection in one month
- •Coagulopathy including having antiplatelet/anticoagulant drug
- •Unstable heart disease
- •Tumor site and area surrounding lung large vessel and nerve
