Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Ability to give informed consent to participate in the study
- •2\. Sufficient understanding of the task
- •3\. No or minor pain in the affected arm, measured by visual analog scale
- •4\. First stroke (ischemia or hemorrhage), not longer than 6 months ago
- •5\. Rehabilitation phase C or D
- •6\. Paresis of the upper extremity with a strength level of 3 to 4
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Cognitive impairments that do not allow information about the study (e.g. Wernicke's aphasia, global aphasia, dementia)
- •2\. Warticipants with a lack of compliance
- •4\. Participants with electronic implants (e.g. pacemakers)
- •5\. Epilepsy
- •6\. Pregnancy
- •7\. Intracranial metal particles (e.g. vascular clips)
