1. Patients with mild Traumatic Brain Injury with Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score =13 at the time of admission.
2. Reported alcohol use 6 hours prior to Traumatic Brain Injury and positive result on Breath Alcohol Analyser.
3. Patients who are able to understand and comprehend as assessed clinically i.e. after Post-Traumatic Amnesia (PTA) cleared, using Abbreviated Westmead PTA Scale (A-WPTAS) > 16
1. Patients who are not available for telephonic follow-up over 6 months post-discharge.
2. Patients who cannot speak Kannada / Telugu / English.

Name Time Method 1. Quantity and frequency of alcohol use in the previous one month as assessed by Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test (AUDIT). <br/ ><br>2. Consequences of alcohol use as assessed by Short Inventory of Problems (SIP-2R). <br/ ><br>3. Re-injury (to any part of the body).Timepoint: At the end of 2 months, 4months and 6months
