Present both lower third molars included; be aged between 12 and 61 years; fall into the ASA I or ASA II groups, according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists; consent to participate in the research.
Being pregnant; fall into the ASA III, ASA IV, ASA V or ASA VI groups, according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists; present elements 38 and / or 48 associated with one or more pathologies; be allergic to dipyrone; be allergic to nimesulide; be allergic to both amoxicillin and clindamycin; present sensory alteration of the inferior alveolar nerve in the preoperative period.
