Atleast two adjacent Miller‘s class I,II (Cairo’s
class I)recession defects in esthetic areas (2nd
premolar of right side to 2nd premolar of left
side)of maxillary or mandibular arches.
Minimum depth of gingival recession =2mm
Age between 18 and 60 years
Patients with healthy periodontal conditions.
Systemically healthy patients.
Patients with esthetic concerns
Patients willing to participate in the study and
willing to sign the informed consent.
Pregnant or lactating females
Tobacco smoking
Systemic conditions that can affect the
periodontal health.
Untreated periodontal conditions
Use of systemic antibiotics in the past 3 months
Patients treated with any medication known to
affect gingival conditions (e.g. hyperplasia).
