入选标准
- •1. patients with good consciousness, RASS score between (-1)-(+1)
- •2. verbalized Thai language
- •3. patients in postoperative period who are fasting
- •4. under general anesthesia in perioperative period
- •5. patients who are in 1-6 hr. after extubated endotracheal tube
- •6. approved in the Safety Protocol for Thirst Management (SPTM)
- •7. consent to participate the study
排除标准
- •1. patients with oral surgery or oral lesion
- •2. patients in dying stage
- •3. diagnose Xerostomia
- •4. body temperatures more than 37.5 degree Celsius
