Inclusion Criteria

Patients of both genders will be included.

As per sign & symptoms of kustha described in classical Ayurvedic text and modern medical view.

Patients suitable for Virechana karma.

Exclusion Criteria

Virechana Ayogya as per classical text.

Patients suffering from severe systemic illness like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus,hypertension,tuberculosis,carcinoma etc.
