Patients 18-65 years of age, either gender.
Patients with ASA I-II.
All the patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures including cranial and spine surgeries
under general anaesthesia.
Non consenting Patients.
Emergency neuro surgical procedures for intracranial bleed or extradural, subdural bleed.
Neuro surgical procedures with final head position being in neutral position.
Patients with pre-existing pathological eye conditions like optic neuritis
• Patients with history of ophthalmic surgery
• History of ocular injury
• History of ocular disease.Open globe injuries.
• Patients undergoing cranioplasty surgeries.
• Patients with cerebral space occupying lesion causing a midline shift of more than 5 mm
on CT head.

Name Time Method To correlate the change in ONSD with the change in Head position.Timepoint: Ten minutes after intubation. one minute after head position. <br/ ><br>one minute after surgical closure.
