Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Age group of 10 to 20 years
- •2 Both genders are considered
- •3 Subjects should be beginner level badminton
- •4 Only healthy subjects are included.
- •5 Subjects who are willing to participate in
- •the study and are ready to do the training
- •for four days for four continuous weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Subjects with health disorder which restricts
- •them from doing exercise are excluded.
- •2 Subjects with any bone or joint abnormality
- •like fracture, dislocation etc.
- •3 Subjects with breathlessness
- •4 Subjects with musculoskeletal disorder,
- •neurological disorder, cardio respiratory,
- •cardiovascular and mental disorders are
