- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Influence of the anesthetic regimen (epidural anesthesia + balanced anesthesia (sevoflurane) and epidural anesthesia + TIVA propofol / fentanyl) on exosome and miRNA concentration in cystectomy patients
Withdrawal of 10 ml of blood from a lying arterial catheter at the following times:
1. After arterial catheter placement
2. before skin incision
3. 30 minutes after cutting
4. before skin suture
5. after 24 hours.
Serum extraction and determination of the exosome concentration in the serum. miRNA extraction from the serum and determination of the miRNA signature in exosomes
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Deviations in the micro-RNA signature in the course of anesthesia over time in radical cystectomy
comparison of hypotension phases and hemodynamics between groups
