1. Patient with an impacted mandibular third molar LEVEL-B(Pell &Gregory Classification) and indicated for its surgical extraction.
2. Patient who willingly gives consent for the being involved in the study
3. Healthy adult patients in the age group of 18-45 years.
4. Patient is able to understand & carry out instructions given by investigators.
1. Patient known to be allergic to Local Anaesthesia and other drugs used in the study.
2. Patients with a known allergy to co-amoxiclav group or NSAID drugs.
3. Patients with any underlying systemic condition/medication which will interfere with drug metabolism.
4. Patients on immunosuppresants.
5. Existence of acute infection and or pain & swelling at the time of surgery
6. Inability to follow the instructions or co-operation during study & drop outs or attrition during study.
7. Pregnant females and Lactating mothers.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Reduction of Pain ,Swelling,Trismus.Timepoint: Assessment will be done on operative day,Postoperative 24hrs(Day1),48hrs(Day2),168hrs(Day7) <br/ ><br>1.Pain will be evaluated by Visual Analog Scale. Use of analgesic will be recorded. <br/ ><br>2.Facial swelling will be evaluated by measuring distance between six predetermined points.The points will be canthus to gonion, corner of the mouth to tragus of the ear and tragus to pogonion. <br/ ><br>3.Maximum mouth opening will be evaluated by interincisal distance.
