Inclusion Criteria

•Classical sign and symptoms of JanuSandhigatavata are Shula, Shotha, Stambha, Sparsha-asahyata, Sphutana, Akunchana PrasaranaVedana etc at the joints

Exclusion Criteria

•Patients below 45 and above 70 years of age.

•Patients with other joints deformities or diseases which are not related to Sandhigatavata,such as Amavata,Vatarakta,fracture of joints ,and needs surgical care will be excluded.

•Autoimmuno diseases like SLE, Anklosing Spondylitis.
