入选标准
- •1. men or women aged at least 65 years, placed on eurotransplant kidney waiting list with an active urgency;
- •2. recipients of a first kidney;
- •3. highest (historic or current) panel reactive antibody (PRA) titers of 5%;
- •4. negative cross-matches and (if applicable) unacceptable antigens are excluded.
排除标准
- •1. active systemic infection;
- •2. HIV (antigen or antibody), hepatitis-B (HBsAg), or hepatitis-C (antibody) positivity;
- •3. history of malignancy within 5 years of enrolment (with the exception of adequately treated non-melanoma skin cancer);
- •4. known to be poorly compliant with clinic visits or prescribed medication;
- •5. medical history that might limit the individual's ability to take the defined immunosuppressive agents.
