- •2-3 sessions of strength training per week
Exclusion Criteria
- •amenorrhoea; pregnancy in the preceding 12 months; use of other hormone-containing medication (e.g. L-thyroxin, IUD, hormone patches); use of emergency contraceptives in the preceding 6 months; more than 2 sessions endurance training per week
