Inclusion Criteria

Having tension headache based on the neurologist diagnosis
Having at least an average IQ
at least Diploma education
age between 18-50 year old

Exclusion Criteria

Having a significant physical illness based on the interview
Having a severe psychiatric disorder according to the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual Illnesses DSM-5

Headache score in International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-II). Timepoint: before the intervention, last session, 2months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Second International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-II).
