简要总结
COVID AFFECTS CELLS WITH ACE2 RECEPTOR. THERE IS REDUCED ANGIOTENSIN 2 MRNA AND ITS ACTIVITY IN LUNG TISSUE OF IDIOPATHIC PULMONARY FIBROSIS AND BLEOMYCIN INDUCED LUNG FIBROSIS.WE ASSUME REDUCED COVID INFECTION DUE TO THIS. CTD MAY CAUSE INTERSTITIAL FIBROSIS AND SO DOES COVID, SO THERE MAY BE MORE LUNG DAMAGE. TREATMENT OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE DISEASE INVOLVES ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS WHICH MAY BE PROTECTIVE FOR COVID 19 INFECTION. SO THE OUTCOME NEEDS TO BE EVALUATED AND STUDIED.

- •All cases of Connective Tissue Disease with interstitial lung disease associated with Covid19 infection -All cases of Connective Tissue Disease without interstitial lung disease associated with Covid19 infection.
排除标准
- •Co-morbidity like Chronic Kidney Disease,Chronic Liver Disesase.
- •Patient who does not give consent for study.
