Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients of all genders will be selected for the study.
- •2\. Age between 40 to 60 years.
- •3\. Painful and difficult (unilateral or bilateral) shoulder mobility.
- •4\. The duration of the symptoms exceeds four months.
- •5\. Frozen Shoulder cases with a clinical diagnosis.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients below 40 and above 60 years of age.
- •2\. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •3\. H/O Shoulder injury and surgery, local corticosteroid injections within the previous four months, or current corticosteroid medication.
- •4\. Patients who fail to give consent.
- •5\. Fracture or dislocation of the affected shoulder.
- •6\. A history of any systemic, metabolic, or infectious diseases
