Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients of all genders will be selected for the study.
  • 2\. Age between 40 to 60 years.
  • 3\. Painful and difficult (unilateral or bilateral) shoulder mobility.
  • 4\. The duration of the symptoms exceeds four months.
  • 5\. Frozen Shoulder cases with a clinical diagnosis.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients below 40 and above 60 years of age.
  • 2\. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
  • 3\. H/O Shoulder injury and surgery, local corticosteroid injections within the previous four months, or current corticosteroid medication.
  • 4\. Patients who fail to give consent.
  • 5\. Fracture or dislocation of the affected shoulder.
  • 6\. A history of any systemic, metabolic, or infectious diseases
