1) Patients suffering from Frozen Shoulder for atleast 3 months.
2) Age between 18 to 65 years.
3) Participants of either sex.
4) Literate patients: ability to read Bengali and/ or, English and/ or, Hindi and willingness to give informed consent to comply with the study procedure.
1) Patients too sick for consultation.
2) Diagnosed cases of uncontrolled systemic diseases, unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure.
3) Major shoulder surgery within last 6 months.
4) Unconscious, non-ambulatory, differently abled, terminally ill or critically ill patients, mentally disabled people.
5) Undergoing any kind of homoeopathic treatment for chronic disease within last 3 months.
6) Self-reported immune compromised state.
7) Substance abuse and/or dependence.
8) Pregnant, puerperal and lactating women.
9) Taking medications with analgesic or anti-inflammatory effects.
10) Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trial.
