Patients with documented stable or unstable coronary artery disease (Acute coronary syndromes). Written informed consent and willigness to give a sample of 20ml venous blood.
-active Infection
-pregnancy or lactation
-chronic inflammatory disease (i.E. M. Crohn, Rheumatoid Arthritis)
-HIV Infection oder active Hepatitis
-Tumor disease without documented complete remission within the last 5 years
-Stroke within the last 3 month
-mental retardation
-any condition, which excludes a adequate investigation of study data
-participation at an other clinical study within the last 30 days
