入选标准
- •Patients within 18 to 80 years old with presumed or confirmed sepsis diagnose admitted to the ICU and requiring invasive ventilation through tracheal intubation will be randomized to one of two groups
排除标准
- •Patients with sistolic blood pressure higher than 160 and / or diastolic blood pressure higher than 100mmHg; heart rate below 65bpm; angina pectoris, suspected of acute ischemic stroke; suspected of aortic dissection; being in use of vasopressor
