Inclusion Criteria
Patients attending oral cancer screening campaign
Those who use smokeless form of tobacco or mixed.
Those willing to undergo oral examination and willing to participate in a two-month community-based behavioral intervention program on smokeless tobacco cessation.
Patients aged 18 and above.
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers who are not available during follow up.
Participants with severe withdrawal symptoms

To estimate the follow up rates for those identified with oral lesions <br/ ><br>at oral cancer screening campaign. <br/ ><br>? To estimate the cost effectiveness of the program in terms of quit <br/ ><br>rates achieved. <br/ ><br>? To evaluate the influence of demographic factors, type of tobacco <br/ ><br>used and degree of tobacco dependence on the quit rates.Timepoint: Two months
