Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age from 18 years to 80 years.
- •2\. Type 1, Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients diagnosed of Wagner grade 2, 3, 4 diabetic foot ulcer more than 3 months before screening.
- •3\. Have previously gone through treatment by Endocrinology or Plastic surgery or Orthopedic surgery department.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient undergoing ICU care due to general condition
- •2\. Patients' remaining lifespan to be less than 12 months
- •3\. Patiens contraindicated for Hyperbaric oxygen therapy due to penumothorax, clasutrophobia.
- •4\. Patient gone through amputation or patients who don't have enough normal skin to measure TcPO2\.
- •5\. Planning to be pregnant, or currently pregnant.
- •6\. Patient participating, or planning to participate in other interventional research within 4 weeks
- •7\. Subjects who are deemed difficult to conduct clinical trials in the judgment of other principal investigators
