1. Age from 18 years to 80 years.
2. Type 1, Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients diagnosed of Wagner grade 2, 3, 4 diabetic foot ulcer more than 3 months before screening.
3. Have previously gone through treatment by Endocrinology or Plastic surgery or Orthopedic surgery department.
1. Patient undergoing ICU care due to general condition
2. Patients' remaining lifespan to be less than 12 months
3. Patiens contraindicated for Hyperbaric oxygen therapy due to penumothorax, clasutrophobia.
4. Patient gone through amputation or patients who don't have enough normal skin to measure TcPO2.
5. Planning to be pregnant, or currently pregnant.
6. Patient participating, or planning to participate in other interventional research within 4 weeks
7. Subjects who are deemed difficult to conduct clinical trials in the judgment of other principal investigators
