入选标准
- •one of the two indicator diseases (S. aureus bacteremia [SAB], outpatient acquired pneumonia [CAP])
排除标准
- •Existence of incomplete data regarding indicator diseases.
- •Regarding CAP: no new/admitted infiltrate, younger 18 years, neutropenia (<500 neutrophils/ul), steroid daily dose (>20mg prednisone equivalent), recent organ transplant, recent autologous/allogeneic stem cell transplant, HIV infection (viral load>20Cop/ml), symptom onset >48 hours after hospitalisation, hospitalisation within 30 days prior to presentation to physician, pneumonia diagnosis >48 hours after endotracheal intubation, COVID-19 infection, patient in psychiatric care.
- •Regarding SAB: younger 18 years, proven s.aureus bacteraemia, patient in psychiatric care, palliative therapy concept, deceased within 48 hours after hospitalisation.
