Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis: refer to the Guidelines for Diagnosis, Treatment and Rehabilitation of Cervical Spondylosis (2019 Edition):
- •(1\) The neck is stiff and painful, the entire shoulder may be stiff and stiff, no nodding, head\-up and head\-turning activities can be performed, and a torticollis posture occurs.
- •(2\) A small number of patients have radioactive shoulder, arm and hand pain, numbness, and the symptoms of sneezing or coughing are not aggravated;
- •(3\) Clinical examination: Cervical spine activity is absolutely limited in acute stage, cervical paraspinal muscle, T1\-T7 paraspinal muscle, trapezius muscle, sternocleidomastoid muscle have tenderness, supraspinatus and infraspinatus may also have tenderness. If there is secondary spasm of the anterior scalene muscle, the spasmodic muscle can be palpated on the inner side of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, which is equivalent to the level of the C3\-C6 transverse process. A little pressure can cause radiation pain in the shoulder, arm and hand;
- •(4\) There is a typical history of stiff neck;
- •(5\) The imaging examination can be normal or only have physiological curvature changes, mild intervertebral space stenosis, and little osteophyte formation;
- •2\. The diagnostic criteria for the syndrome of wind\-cold blocking collaterals: formulated with reference to the Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on New Chinese Medicines, the main symptoms: the neck feels wind\-cold and the disease occurs, the limbs are sore and cold, and it is warm when it is warm. Secondary symptoms: neck pain, poor movement, numbness and pain in extremities, urgency of limbs, or muscle atrophy, numbness of fingers; dark tongue, thin white coating, deep stringy or slow pulse;
- •3\. Other standards:
- •(1\) Those who have not been treated with other drugs and other methods within the past 1 week;
- •(2\) Aged 18\-65;
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Combined with serious organic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and nervous system, such as chronic nephritis, hepatitis, heart disease, etc.;
- •2\. Patients with obvious acupuncture phobia;
- •3\. Pregnant women and lactating women, those with allergic constitution, damaged skin or skin diseases;
- •4\. Those who have received other relevant treatments may affect the observers of the effect indicators of this study.
