1.Age 1-5 years planned for surgery under general anaesthesia with nasogastric tube in situ
2.ASA I-II
Exclusion Criteria
1.ASA III-IV
2.Suspected difficult airway
3.Gastrointestinal obstruction
4.Severe and significant congenital heart disease, respiratory disease
5.BMI > 30kg/m2
