Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Diagnosed with Pre-eclampsia
- •2.Singleton Pregnancy
- •3.ASA physical status II
- •4.Undergoing Elective Lower Segment Caesarean section under Spinal Anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patient Refusal to study
- •2.ASA PS III or above
- •3.Suspected fetal compromise
- •4.Eminent signs of Eclampsia
- •5.Chronic hypertension
- •6.Twin/multiple gestation
- •7.Comorbid with diabetes mellitus or cardiovascular disease
- •8.Drug allergy
- •9.Contraindications to neuraxial analgesia
