- •willingness to participate in the study, male, students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, a history of continuous exercise at least 3 years of experience, the use of antioxidant supplements in the previous month
- •Exclusion criteria: less than 70% adherence, presence of diseases requiring special treatment
