Inclusion Criteria
1.Uncomplicated cases with classical signs and symptoms of the pandu will be randomly selected,Like -Shrama,Daurbalya,Bhrama,Shwasa,Pindikodweshtan.
2.Hb- <10gm%(female), <12gm% (male)
3.Serum Ferritine-male: <24ng/ml,Female: <12ng/ml
Exclusion Criteria
1.Hb- <6gm%
2.Pregnant and Lactating women.
3.Anaemia with Cardiac complications,Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus,Renal disorder,Acute and chronic blood loss,Bleeding disorders,Hemoglobinopathies and Malignancy.
4.Anaemia in case of defective absorption conditions like patients of Gastrectomy,Gastrojejunostomy,Sprue syndrome,etc
