Age 45-65years of all genders
Diagnosed with OA knee with Kellgren & Lawrence classification of grade 2-3
Participants who can comprehend the given commands
Participants willing to participate in the study
Any surgeries on the lower extremity
Subjects with any assistive aids for walking
Systemic joint pathologies and Inflammatory joint disease( rheumatoid arthritis , gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis)
Neurological deficits and mental illnesses ( Dementia , Alzheimer’s disease , Parkinson’s disease)
Peripheral vascular diseases
Cardiovascular diseases
Individuals with uncontrolled diabetes/ peripheral neuropathy
Physiotherapy treatment for the same condition in the recent 3 months
