Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •inclusion criteria: continuous use of opiate in last 10 days ; acute pain due to acute abdomen ; indication of use of narcotics ; Patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I ; age 20\-60
- •exclusion criteria: age less than 20 or more than 60 ;paracetamol prescription during last hour ; narcotics overdose ; undiagnosed acute abdomen ; multiple billiary duct stone ; los of conciseness due to head trauma ; shock ; underlying disease effects on pain ; SBP\<100 ; multi drug dependants
