- Patients undergoing general anesthesia
- American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) physical status classification I,II, III
- Age 75 years or older
- If arterial cannulation is required for surgery
- Hemodynamically unstable patients (systolic blood pressure 60 or less)
- If arterial cannulation cannot be performed at radial artery
- Skin abnormality, inflammation sign, hematoma at radial arterial cannulation site
- Abnormal tesult test for Modified Allen test
- History of hand or wrist surgery
