Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients who are scheduled for undergoing major head and neck surgeries in whom arterial cannulation is indicated
2. Age between 18 to 65 years of either sexes
3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) GradeI to III
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patientâ??s refusal to participate in the study
2. Critically ill patients on ionotropic support
3. Patients withhepatic dysfunction
4. Patients with COPD
5. Patients with chronic kidney disease
6. Patients on hepatotoxic or nephrotoxic drugs
