Inclusion Criteria

adult patients of either sex ASA physical status I and II, undergoing General Anaesthesia with Supra Glottic Airway Device for surgical Procedures

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who are ASA 3 or 4 PS

Emergency surgery

Patients with risk factors for aspiration of gastric contents

Anticipated duration of surgery more than 02 hours

Difficult Airway Predictors -

Mouth opening < 3 cm

Neck extension Gd II or more

Thyromental Distance of less than 5 cm

Mallampati Classification 3 or 4

Jaw protrusion Gd B or C [4]
