- •1. Age 2 year to 8 years of either sex
- •2. ASA grade I and II children
- •3. Elective laparoscopic surgery with controlled ventilation
- •4. Estimated duration of surgery <=1 hour
排除标准
- •1. Inability of the patientâ??s parents/guardian to understand the study or consent process.
- •2. Known/ predicted difficult airway
- •3. History of lung disease
- •4. Conditions with high risk of aspiration
- •5. Glottic or sub glottic airway obstruction
- •6. Obese children
