Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age 2 year to 8 years of either sex
- •2\. ASA grade I and II children
- •3\. Elective laparoscopic surgery with controlled ventilation
- •4\. Estimated duration of surgery \<\=1 hour
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Inability of the patientâ??s parents/guardian to understand the study or consent process.
- •2\. Known/ predicted difficult airway
- •3\. History of lung disease
- •4\. Conditions with high risk of aspiration
- •5\. Glottic or sub glottic airway obstruction
- •6\. Obese children
