Inclusion Criteria
Myocardial injury is defined as elevation of Troponin I levels (i.e., =0.7ng/mL) in intial or follow up and these patients will be included this study.
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criterias are age less than 18 years, previous heart disease history (congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, etc), and chronic renal failure.
